Notice is hereby given that on April 05, 2001, the Mohave County Board of Adjustment, District II, will hold a meeting at which time all interested persons may appear and be heard at 10:00 AM at Supervisor Tom Sockwell's Conference Room, 1130 E. Hancock Rd., Bullhead City, Arizona, regarding the following items(s):

	Pursuant to Board of Adjustment, Section 30 of the Mohave County Zoning Ordinance, a request for variance to Mohave County Ordinance Section 29, Zoning Inspection and Enforcement, A. Administration and Enforcement, and B. Permit Required, to allow for a ZONING PERMIT TO BE ISSUED on Perry Acres, Unit 2, Tract 4026, Block 15, Lot 6, Assessor's Parcel Number 225-47-131and address 7071 Kaiser Dr., Mohave Valley, Arizona, in Section 13, Township 18 North, Range 22 West, for a Mobile Home Permit as a guest house in an R-E (Residential-Recreational) zone, in the Mohave Valley portion of the Mohave County General Area, Mohave County, Arizona.
