FOR ADDITIONAL AREA FOR THE BEAVER DAM WATER COMPANY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Beaver Dam Water Company has filed with the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County, Arizona, a water system franchise request for additional area:

Mesquite Addition To County Franchise:  NE1/4 SE1/4, S1/2 SE1/4, S1/2 SW1/4, Section 3, T39N, R16W, G&SRM, S1/2 SE1/4, SE1/4 SW1/4, Section 4, T39N, R16W, G&SRM, all of the Fairview Mobile Home Subdivision located in Section 32, T40N, R16W, G&SRM, W1/2 NW1/4, NE1/4 NW1/4, Section 33, T40N, R16W, G&SRM.

Mesquite State Franchise:  All of Sections 3, 4, and 5 of T39N, R16W, G&SRM, and all of Sections 32, 33, and 34 of T40N, R16W, G&SRM.

Seifert, Bill, Young, Wright, Palmer, Graco, Pratt, Merrihew and Clive Addition To County Franchise:  NE1/4 SW1/4, SE1/4 NW1/4, N1/2 NW1/4, N1/2 SW1/4 NW1/4, SE1/4 SW1/4 NW1/4, Section 32, T41N, R15W, G&SRM.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing regarding this application will be held by the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County on April 16, 2001, in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room,  809 E. Beale Street, Kingman, Arizona.
