PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADOPTION

Public Notice is given that the Mohave County Board of Supervisors, on  March 19, 2001, adopted Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2001-107 ñ A Resolution setting forth Ordinance No. 2001-02, an AMENDMENT  to Section 9, Definitions, and Sections 13, 13.1, 14, 15, 16, 16.1 17, 18, 20, 21, 21.1, 22, 22.1, 23, 24 and 27 of the Mohave County Zoning Regulations regarding Wireless Communication Towers and Facilities as recorded in the Mohave County Recorder=s Office at Index 2001015692 Book 3703 Page 5  ñ page 1 of 18 of Official Records of Mohave County.

Notice is further given that the above mentioned documents are on file in the office of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors and may be obtained by any and all interested parties.
