NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a letter of Petition has been filed with the Board of Supervisors requesting that certain streets constructed be accepted into the Mohave County Road System for maintenance.    Those streets are commonly known as follows:
* Calle Alamo - from Avenida Ramirez to North Bank Street
* Calle Castano - from Cherum Road to North Bank Street
* Cherum Road - from Cactus Wren Road to Calle Castano
* North Bank Street - from Calle Castano to Calle Alamo

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors at their meeting on the 16th day of April, 2001 at the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, Kingman, Arizona will hear the request of the Petitioners.  Any and all persons desiring to object to the action requested in the Petition are hereby directed to file with the Board a statement in writing setting forth their objection or opposition, and show cause why the Petition should not be granted.

The Petition is on file in the Board office and may be referred to and examined by any and all parties.
