NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a letter of Petition has been filed with the Board of Supervisors requesting that certain streets constructed within the Horizon Six subdivision completed by the Horizon Six Street Improvement District be accepted into the Mohave County Road System for maintenance as paved roads.    Those streets are commonly known as follows:
* Little Finger Road easterly from Lake Side Road approximately 5272 feet to Red Rock Road
* Blue Canyon Road easterly from Lake Side Road approximately 5273 feet to Red Rock Road
* Gold Springs Road easterly from Lake side Road approximately 5275 feet to Red Rock Road
* Lake View Road from Lake Side Road approximately 4670 feet
* Window Rock Road easterly from Lake Side Road approximately 4670 feet
* Red Rock northerly from Little Finger Road approximately 1310 feet to Gold Springs Road

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors at their meeting on the 16th day of April, 2001 at the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, Kingman, Arizona will hear the request of the Petitioners.  Any and all persons desiring to object to the action requested in the Petition are hereby directed to file with the Board a statement in writing setting forth their objection or opposition, and show cause why the Petition should not be granted.

The Petition is on file in the Board office and may be referred to and examined by any and all parties.
