NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a letter of Petition has been filed with the Board of Supervisors requesting that certain streets constructed within Walnut Creek Estates, Units 1, 2, and 3, Tracts 3007, 3013, 3043-A, and 3043-B be accepted into the Mohave County Road System for maintenance as paved roads. Those streets are commonly known as follows: * Yellow Flower Drive - from Oatman Road to Black Rock Road. * Black Rock Road - from Oatman Road to the East boundary of Lot 5, Block 4, Tract 3007. * Safari Drive - from the Southwesterly boundary of Lot 7, Block 1, to the Northeasterly boundary of Lot 5, Bloc 3, Tract 3007. * McConnico Road - from Oatman Road to Apache Drive through Tracts 3013 and 3042-B. * Malibu Road - from Oatman Road to Apache Drive through Tract 3013 and 3043-B. * Morgan Drive - from Oatman Road to the North boundary of Tract 3013. * Shauna Drive - from Morgan Drive to Malibu Road. * Shauna Court - from Shauna Drive to its cul-de-sac terminus. * Walnut Creek Drive - from Malibu Road to Huntington Drive. * Rancho Road - from Oatman Road to Huntington Drive. * Toni-Jo Drive - from South boundary Tract 3143-B to the North boundary of Tract 3143-A. * Apache Road - from South boundary Tract 3143-B to the North boundary Tract 3143-A NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors at their meeting on the 16th day of April, 2001 at the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, Kingman, Arizona will hear the request of the Petitioners. Any and all persons desiring to object to the action requested in the Petition are hereby directed to file with the Board a statement in writing setting forth their objection or opposition, and show cause why the Petition should not be granted.
