IT IS ORDERED continuing the hearing presently scheduled for May 7, 2001 to Monday, June 4, 2001 at 9:30 a.m. at the Mohave County Superior Court facility, 2225 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice to the natural mother and father is required. Petitioner shall file proof of service at least five (5) days before the hearing.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall file a certified copy of the minor child's birth certificate at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the hearing.
