	Petitioner,  LARRY DEE THAXTON and ROBERTA ANN THAXTON, having filed with this Court a Petition for Termination of Parent-Child Relationship between the subject minor child, MICHAEL ANTHONY CLARK, II, and the biological father of said minor child, MICHAEL ANTHONY CLARK,
	NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that said Petition For Termination of Parent-Child Relationship is now set for hearing on the 2nd day of August, 2001, at 1:30 p.m., in Division IV of the Superior Court, Mohave County Courthouse, Kingman, Arizona.
NOTICE of said hearing shall be given to all persons required pursuant to A.R.S. ß8-535, as amended, at least ten (10) days prior to said hearing date.
