NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Mohave County Board of Supervisors at their special meeting to be held:
May 21, 2001 at 10:30 A.M. in the Mohave county Board of Supervisors meeting room, 809 E. Beale Street, Kingman, Arizona, sitting as the Mohave County Flood Control Board of Directors will hear the request from:

For Parcel #120-05-055, Township 14 North, Range 20 West, Section 21 SW 1/4 For a Variance in elevation from:
The Mohave County flood Control Ordinance - 2000.
Any and all person(s) desiring to object to the action requested are hereby directed to file with The Board a statement in writing setting forth their objection or opposition and show cause why the petition should not be granted.
The Variance is on  file in the Flood Plain Administrator's Office, 3675 E. Andy Devine, Kingman, Arizona.
