NOTICE OF HEARING ON ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PRIVATE  ARVADA RANCH IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT OF MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that PETITIONS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE Arvada Ranch Improvement District have been filed with the Clerk of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors. Notice is hereby given that the matter will come before the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on: May 21, 2001, at the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 809 E. Beale St., Kingman, Arizona That the proposed Improvement District is to be formed for the purpose of providing an entity under Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 48, Chapter 6 as existing and as it may be amended, for carrying out that allowed by law, including the acquiring and constructing and or maintaining streets, bridges, water systems, sewer systems, drainage and any other necessary District or local improvements, all of said work to be financed by special assessments levied against the fronting lots and the issuance of assessment bonds as may now or hereafter be ordered pursuant to the County Improvement District Laws, and to assess fees, taxes and other amounts also allowed by law. At the hearing the Board of Supervisors will consider the following proposed district: Arvada Ranch Improvement District. All interested property owners may appear and be heard on any matter relating to the establishment of the proposed improvement district. Any person wishing to object to the establishment of the District may, before the date set for the hearing, file his objections with the undersigned Clerk.
