NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, June 11, 2001, the Mohave County Board of Adjustment, District III, will hold a meeting at which time all interested persons may appear and be heard at 10:00 AM at the Lake Havasu Library, Executive Conference Room, 1770 N. McCulloch Blvd., Lake Havasu City, Arizona, regarding the following items(s):

	Pursuant to Board of Adjustment, Section 30 of the Mohave County Zoning Ordinance, a request for variance to Mohave County Ordinance Section 27, General Provisions, H. Fences, Hedges, and Similar Structures, 2. Fences, walls, and hedges on Parcel A, as shown on Parcel Plats Book 13, Page 86, in Section 17, Township 14 North, Range 20 West, for a six-foot (6'-0') fence along the front and sides of the front yard in a C-M (Commercial-Manufacturing) zone, in the Lake Havasu City Area, Mohave County, Arizona.
