AMENDMENTS TO THE 
MOHAVE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS and MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL PLAN

Evaluation of a request for approval to AMEND SECTION 40.2, AMENDMENTS TO THE GENERAL PLAN AND AREA PLANS of the MOHAVE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS, adopted December 7, 1998, via BOS Resolution No. 98-416, by amending portions thereof to bring the County into compliance with Growing Smarter and Growing Smarter Plus state law, including language clarifications and defining Major Amendment, for the unincorporated areas of Mohave County, Arizona.   AND

Evaluation of a request for the approval of AMENDMENTS TO THE MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL PLAN, adopted March 10, 1995, by amending Section V.2, Water Quantity and Quality; Section V.2, Goal 3, Water Resource Planning; Section VI, Goal 15, Procedure for Amending Rural Development Areas; Section VI, Goal 19, Procedure for Amending Suburban Development Areas; Section VI, Goal 27, Land Use Element Amendments; Section VIII.C, Area Plans; Section VIII.D, Add Goal 63 and Policy 63, Rural Planning Areas to update the General Plan to comply with the Growing Smarter and Growing Smarter Plus state laws, for the unincorporated areas of Mohave County, Arizona.

Copies of the proposed amendments are on file with Mohave County Planning & Zoning, 3675 E. Hwy. 66, Suite A, Kingman, Arizona.
