AMENDMENTS TO THE 
MOHAVE COUNTY LAND DIVISION REGULATIONS

Evaluation of a request for the approval of AMENDMENTS TO THE MOHAVE COUNTY LAND DIVISION REGULATIONS, adopted February 20, 2001, via BOS Resolution No. 2001-78, by amending Chapter 1.10, Petitions of Exception; amending Chapter 3.11.J.3.c, d, & e, Right-of-Way Plat; deleting Chapter 3.13, Fastrak; deleting Chapter 3.14, Short Plat; amending Chapter 3.15, A.1.g, Non-Residential Subdivisions; amending Chapter 4, Processing of Assurances; and Chapter 5, Improvements, adding addition of Off-Site Improvements, 5.1.D.14; adding fees to Chapter 8, Processing of Abandonments and/or Reversion to Acreage requests, a Non-Residential Tentative Plat fee, a Lot Plat fee; for the unincorporated areas of Mohave County, Arizona.


Copies of the proposed amendments are on file with Mohave County Planning & Zoning, 3675 E. Hwy. 66, Suite A, Kingman, Arizona.
