This Summons is hereby amended to include an additional property and Defendants.
TO ANY PERSONS AND / OR ENTITIES unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real properties described in the Complaint adverse to Plaintiff's title thereto;
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to appear and defend in the above-captioned Court, within TWENTY (20) DAYS, exclusive of the day of service, after service of this Summons upon you, if served within the State of Arizona; or within THIRTY (30) DAYS, after completion of service outside the state of Arizona. You are hereby notified that in case you fail to do so, Judgment by Default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. The Complaint is to foreclose liens and to quiet titles to real property in MOHAVE County, Arizona.
