NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that on MONDAY, August 20, 2001, the Mohave County Board of Supervisors will hold their regular meeting at which time all interested persons may appear and be heard at 9:30 AM in the Board Meeting Room, 809 East Beale Street, Kingman, Arizona, regarding the following item(s):

OTHER MATTERS

1.	Evaluation of an AMENDMENT to Section 9, Definitions, and Sections 13, 14, 15, 16, 16.1, 17, 18 and 27 of the Mohave County Zoning Ordinance regarding Adult Assisted Living Facilities.

2.	Evaluation of an AMENDMENT to Section 27.A, General Provisions, of the Mohave County Zoning Ordinance accommodating General Commercial (C-2) uses in established commercial areas in the mining tourist towns of Oatman and Chloride.
