NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Department will hold a Public Hearing to receive public comment on an Amendment to the Areawide Water Quality Management Plan (208 Water Quality Plan) proposed by the City of Bullhead City covering the incorporated areas of Bullhead City and adjacent areas in unincorporated Mohave County.  The Public Hearing will be held on September 11, 2001 beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Bullhead City Council Chambers at 1255 Marina Blvd., Bullhead City, Arizona.  Any person may testify in person or in writing.  Comments will be accepted until 6:30 p.m. on September 11, 2001.  Written comments should be sent to Christine Ballard, P.O. Following the Public Hearing, the Mohave County Areawide Water Quality Planning Steering Committee should recommend the Plan to ADEQ and a final decision is expected within 180 days of the public hearing.
